Heidi Klum, pronounced "haIdi": 'klUm; was born on June 1, 1973, is known as an American and German model, TV host as well as a producer and businesswoman. The year 1998 was the first time she photographed on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. It was also the first German model to be a Victoria's Secret Angel. Following her long and successful professional modeling, Klum was appointed host as well as judge of the German version of Next Topmodel. She also hosts Project Runway.
