Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience started at the age of 14. After training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd felt more confident following the win and fought 3 bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her adversaries were defeated all by the start of the round. In WCFC, Ladd defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous decision. Aspen was already defeated Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was defeated by Aspen with a majority vote. The loss put a mark on the record of Ladd's amateur. Ladd recovered from the defeat and beat Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to increase her record to 8-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. She fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, and defeated her, securing a first-round TKO. Invicta 16 saw her go up to Bantamweight after winning her battle with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen used superior wrestling to defeat McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd had missed weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She finished her with a TKO after the second round. Her final fight with Promotion, she fought Sijara Eubanks by an unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. Her dominance continued and she got a bigger win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger. UFC 229 Ladd won the fight in round one and was awarded the performance of the Night Prize. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent in a rematch at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was Ladd's debut major fight. Ladd was victorious in an unanimous decision in an intense back and forth battle between the two fighters, was awarded her Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd in just 16 seconds and ended the streak of winning. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, lost to Randamie. As a last-minute replacement for her UFC match, she faced Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. She was beaten by a unanimous vote.
